  • Have you been divorced?
  • What is your age and the ages of your loved ones?
  • Do you currently have a Will, Trust or other Estate documents?
  • What assets do you have?
  • What is the value of your assets and how are they currently titled?
  • Do you know who you would put in charge of your wealth, loved ones and important assets in the event of your death?

We will also make sure you get to know us. We want you to be comfortable that you have chosen the right attorney that respects you and your concerns.

After we’ve gathered all your information we will carefully review your goals and then discuss the best strategies for achieving them. We will discuss the estate planning process and what to expect as next steps and responsibilities.
